How Voucher Orders Work

Many charter schools provide instructional funds that families can use toward enrichment classes. Academic Pathways is an approved vendor with several charter schools, which means you can use your allotted funds to pay for our classes directly through a voucher or purchase order.

  1. Choose your classes — Browse our class catalog and select the courses your student will attend.
  2. Contact your charter school — Let your Education Specialist (ES) know you'd like to use instructional funds for Academic Pathways.
  3. Submit a voucher request — Your ES will create a voucher or purchase order using the details below.
  4. Enroll & attend — Once the voucher is approved, your student is enrolled and ready to learn!

Voucher Request Example

When filling out your voucher or purchase order, use the following information as a guide:

Academic Pathways is an approved vendor with the following charter schools:

  • Pacific Charters: Heritage Peak & About F.A.C.E. — You may also pay out of pocket and submit your receipt to your charter school for reimbursement.

Multi-Class Discount: Families registering for multiple classes receive a 10% discount on their total registration. Ask your ES to include the discount on the voucher request.
